For India, enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders above 1299 INR; otherwise, shipping costs will be added at checkout. 

International orders incur additional shipping charges, with quotes provided on our website.

Domestic shipments take 5-6 business days, while international deliveries take 10-12 business days. Customized orders may take longer.

Return Policies

To ensure a comfortable fit for your pet, measure carefully and add a margin of 2 inches for small breeds and 4 inches for large breeds. For assistance, contact us at hello@pawgypets.com or you can use our WhatsApp support.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For sizing issues, provide proof within 3 days of receipt. Damaged items will be replaced if reported within 3 days. Exchanges, no refunds or returns, are offered for eligible items in original condition. Customers will have to bear a minimal cost of Rs. 60 for exchanges. I wanted to exchange the size but no response came from your side. I received a small dog kurta but i wanted a large size dog kurta.

We are not happy with your shipment because it was delivered late and we did get a tracking link but the site was unreachable so we didn't get to know the estimated date of the shipment we kindly advise you to provide a proper tracking link to all the customers
