Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Pawgy Pets, we aim to help you make informed purchases with all the information you need. We encourage you to carefully read the guidelines below before placing your order.
📏 Sizing & Measurements

We recommend measuring your pet before purchasing any item that requires accurate sizing.

For a comfortable fit, please keep a margin of +2 inches for small breeds and +4 inches for large breeds.

👕 Customised & Personalised Items

Products that are customised (name/personal details) or made to custom sizing are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your custom item doesn’t fit, you must send photos/videos proving your provided measurements within 2 days of delivery.

If there’s a genuine error on our part, we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, alteration, or refund.
🔁 Exchange Policy (Only Once)

Only size exchanges are allowed for non-customised products purchased using our generic size chart.

No exchange will be accepted for a different product or design.

Exchanges must be requested via our Exchange Form (LINK) within 4 days of receiving the item.

Once approved, customers must pay:

Any price difference if applicable

📌 Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
⚠️ Conditions for Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original packaging with tags

Free of stains, smells, pet hair, and damage

Returned at the customer’s expense unless defective
❌ What’s Not Eligible

Customised items (name or size-specific)

Clearance/Sale items

Products damaged by the customer (e.g., chewed, torn)

Late exchange requests (after 4 days)

Used items or items without packaging
📦 Damaged Items

If your item is damaged on arrival, email us at hello@pawgypets.com within 3 days of delivery with images.

We’ll send a replacement or allow a product exchange at no extra shipping cost.
💸 Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

If the exchanged product is of lower value, a credit note will be issued for the balance.

If it’s of higher value, the customer pays the difference.

Shipping charges (original & exchange) are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
🚚 Shipping & Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Pawgy Pets is not liable for refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed parcels.
🔄 Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once processed, orders cannot be canceled, Pawgy Pets reserves the right to cancel or not.
By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or at our discretion.

If canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
🧵 Final Note
All items sold by Pawgy Pets are crafted with care. Once delivered, we cannot be responsible for misuse, wear and tear, or handling issues. No replacements will be made for damage caused by chewing, rough handling, or regular wear.
