Return Policies

To ensure a comfortable fit for your pet, measure carefully and add a margin of 2 inches for small breeds and 4 inches for large breeds. For assistance, contact us at hello@pawgypets.com or you can use our WhatsApp support.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For sizing issues, provide proof within 3 days of receipt. Damaged items will be replaced if reported within 3 days. Exchanges, no refunds or returns, are offered for eligible items in original condition. Customers will have to bear a minimal cost of Rs. 60 for exchanges.
