It usually takes 4-5 working days for delivery after the order is placed for prepaid order and from the time a COD order is confirmed.
If you are opting for Personalisation: Each personalised product is made-to-order. Our artisans hand-embroider the text in 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri). Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 4-5 working days. Total: about a week from order to doorstep.
We currently do not offer returns on apparel. However, we do offer an easy exchange process to ensure your pet gets the right fit. ✨
